Division 01 / 06

Infrastructure & Earthworks

We move, grade and stabilise the ground, then build the infrastructure on top of it — access roads and pavements, interchanges and roundabouts, subgrade and sub-base, roadside drainage, dams and reservoirs, irrigation canals, stormwater systems and flood-control structures. Earthworks-grade materials are produced and delivered from our own crusher plants and fleet.

Division 02 / 06

Building Construction

Our building teams deliver the full structure: all foundation types from pile foundations to concrete slab-on-grade and pad-and-chimney footings; reinforced-concrete beams, columns and floors; bridges, retaining walls and tunnels; and steel framing for buildings and industrial structures. Substructure, superstructure, masonry and finishes are self-performed.

Division 03 / 06

Overhead Transmission Line & Sub-Station

Sawaed Al-Ezz executes overhead transmission line (OHTL) projects end-to-end — site preparation, access roads and foundations through tower erection and conductor stringing — for MV to EHV voltages and to SEC standards. We also build high-voltage substations (site grading, equipment foundations for transformers, breakers and gantries, control buildings, cable trenches, roads, fencing and drainage), distribution networks, underground cable and utility-scale solar plants.

Division 04 / 06

Electromechanical & MEP

We deliver electrical and electromechanical packages across civil, electrical and mechanical scopes: panel boards and switchgear, MV–LV cable pulling and termination, cable containment, lighting and small power, ELV systems, generators and UPS. Building management scope covers chillers, BMS, elevators and MEP, plus switch-gear maintenance.

Fire Protection Systems

Complete fire alarm and fire-fighting installations: addressable control panels, smoke and heat detectors, manual call points, sounders, strobes, voice evacuation and fire-rated cabling; fire water storage, jockey / electric / diesel pump sets, hydrants, hose reels, sprinkler, deluge and foam systems, standpipes and clean-agent suppression for special hazards.

Operation & Maintenance

We operate and maintain assets to extend their lifecycle and protect performance: performance-based, full-service and long-term service agreements for plants; AMC, CMC and SLA-based contracts for buildings and facilities; fixed-price, time-and-materials and comprehensive O&M for industrial plants; and DBOM or performance-based O&M for water and wastewater plants.
